Ramblings of a Social Pariah

I don’t like it when people are close-minded. The one thing though that really irks me are close-minded people who are against/don’t like LGBT people. My mother is one of those close-minded people who is very strictly religious and thinks that God doesn’t love LGBT people. I always get into arguments with her about it. I think that it’s their own business and it doesn’t affect the person they are. In fact, some of my best friends are gay. I always call her out on her homophobia and her response is that she isn’t. I always scoff at her and then don’t talk to her for the next 2 days.
